How We Price Web & IT Projects
Clear, transparent pricing based on the work your project really needs.
Simple
$299 +
Medium
$1,899 +
Complex
$3,999 +
Every business is different, and so is every project. A small informational website and a full online portal are very different in terms of work required. To keep things fair and transparent, we base our pricing on project complexity, features, and the systems involved — not on a one-size-fits-all flat fee.
Instead of publishing generic prices, we provide a tailored quote after understanding what you actually need. This way you only pay for the functionality that supports your goals.
1. Project Complexity
The biggest factor in pricing is the overall level of website design and development complexity. We group projects into three levels: Simple, Medium, and Complex.
★ Simple Projects
Simple projects are focused on providing a clean, professional online presence with essential information only. They usually include a handful of pages, straightforward design, and no advanced systems or integrations.
★★ Medium Projects
Medium projects include more pages, richer content, and often some dynamic elements such as enhanced forms, basic database use, or a simple admin panel for editing content. They require more planning, design, and development time than a simple site.
★★★ Complex Projects
Complex projects involve advanced functionality such as e-commerce, client portals, automation, custom workflows, integrations with other platforms, and more sophisticated database and security setups. These projects demand the most time, testing, and technical expertise.
2. Features & Functionality
Features directly affect how much work is required for business website design. Adding functionality means additional planning, coding, testing, and support.
Examples of features that increase project effort:
- ✔ Online booking or appointment systems
- ✔ Multi-step or advanced forms (quotes, applications, uploads)
- ✔ Payment processing or subscription management
- ✔ Client accounts, login areas, or portals
- ✔ Database-driven content and search/filter options
- ✔ Custom dashboards or administration panels
- ✔ Integrations with third-party tools and APIs (CRM, marketing, etc.)
3. Content, Branding & Design Requirements
Content and design also play a major role in pricing. The more content and custom visuals you need, the more time is required to structure, design, and implement everything properly.
Things that increase website design and development and content effort include:
- ✔ Multiple unique page layouts or templates
- ✔ Brand development or redesign (logos, color palettes, typography)
- ✔ Large image galleries, product catalogs, or media libraries
- ✔ Copywriting or content creation support
- ✔ Custom graphics, icons, or animations
4. Databases & Administration Panels
When a project requires a database or an admin panel, additional work is needed behind the scenes to build secure, easy-to-use tools.
Examples of what this includes:
- ✔ Designing and structuring how data is stored and accessed
- ✔ Building secure login and role-based permissions
- ✔ Creating admin screens to add, edit, and manage data
- ✔ Ensuring data is validated, backed up, and protected
- ✔ Providing reporting or analytics views where needed
Projects without databases are simpler and faster. Projects with full dashboards, portals, or complex data structures naturally require more development time and testing.
Transparent Proposals, No Hidden Fees
For every project, we provide a written proposal that explains what is included, which features are optional, and how the work is broken down. You'll see exactly what you are getting and why.
We don't believe in surprise charges. Once we agree on the scope, we stick to it unless you choose to add new features later.
Why We Quote After a Discovery Call
We don't assign a price to your project until we understand your goals, requirements, and priorities. This ensures your quote is accurate, fair, and tailored to your situation instead of a generic number that doesn't reflect your real needs.
Our goal is to match the investment to the value: the right features, at the right level of complexity, with the right amount of ongoing website support services for your business.
In short: simple projects cost less and move faster, medium projects add more features and control, and complex projects provide advanced systems built around your unique workflows. We'll guide you to the level that fits your goals, timeline, and budget.
